🎓 College & Career Readiness for Every Student
Help every student build a concrete plan for their future. Learn how to integrate career exploration, college planning, essay coaching, and interview prep into your classroom or advisory — and how to use GoalGardenAI as a tool students can use on their own.
🌱 Goal-Setting & Student Planning
Teach students how to set meaningful goals and build a roadmap to reach them — from career interests in 9th grade to applications in 12th. Includes student-facing tools, reflection protocols, and progress tracking frameworks.
🌎 Supporting Multilingual Learners in College & Career Readiness
Multilingual learners deserve the same access to future planning as every other student. This session equips teachers with scaffolding strategies, language supports, and bilingual resources so MLL students can fully participate in career exploration, college planning, essay writing, and interview prep.
📋 Using GoalGardenAI in the Classroom
A hands-on workshop for teachers and counselors on integrating GoalGardenAI into instruction. Walk through each mode — Career Exploration, College Planning, Essay Coach, and Interview Prep — with lesson plan templates and student activity guides.
🤝 Family Engagement for Student Futures
Families are partners in student goal-setting — especially multilingual families navigating an unfamiliar system. Learn strategies for communicating college and career pathways in culturally responsive, bilingual formats that build trust and shared ownership of student goals.
📊 Equity in Access: Who Gets Guidance and Who Doesn’t
Not every student gets the same access to future planning. This session helps leaders audit their systems — who has access to counseling, college visits, essay support, and career exposure — and build structures that close the gap.
