Rubén René Orozco is an education consultant, school leader, and bilingual program founder with over 10 years of experience working alongside teachers, school administrators, and district leaders to close the gap between student potential and student outcomes.
His career spans classroom teaching, school administration, district-level support, and education policy — with a deep specialization in STEM and multilingual learner instruction, instructional leadership, and equity-centered school design. He has built a career working with multilingual learners, co-developed enrollment equity tools, and coached teachers and leaders across dozens of campuses in multiple states including Texas, California, Tennessee, Indiana, and Colorado.
An attorney with expertise in education law and policy, Rubén brings a unique lens to the intersection of legal frameworks and educational practice — particularly around student rights, language access, and systemic equity.
GoalGarden Education and GoalGardenAI are the culmination of everything he has learned working in high-need schools and districts: that the students who need the most guidance have the least access to it — and that technology, done right, can begin to close that gap.
